Description
This is a replacement infrared (IR) disc sensor circuit board, with cable, for the Dell XPS M2010 laptop / notebook. This unitmounts to the front loading optical drive top cover with 2 screws (not included) and detects, using an infrared signal, whether or not a disc is resting in the "eject" position; prevents the optical drive bay from closing on ejected discs.
